Guidelines and procedure of filling the Online Registration Form

Registration will be considered only on the submission of the hardcopy. The hardcopy of the duly filled form along with acknowledgement slip should be submitted at the school reception between 08:00 am and 02:00 pm on any working day.

General Instructions:-

  1. You must have the following documents/information ready before beginning the application process as these are mandatory for filling the form.

    • Coloured passport size photo of the child, mother & father (in jpg/jpeg format) not more than 3 months old. The dimensions of the photo must be 100 x 80 pixels and the digital size of each photo must be less than 20KB. Background of the photos should be white

    • Valid Email ID and Mobile number.

    • Before filling the form please refer to the detailed instructions given under Admission criteria carefully..

  2. Fill in the particulars of the child (i.e. Name, Parent's name and Date of Birth correctly) in the Online Registration Form. The Date of Birth, Name of the Applicant, Father’s and Mother’s name filled in the form must tally with the one recorded in the Date of Birth Certificate of the Child.

  3. In case any applicant is found to have submitted false/incorrect information, then the registration of the applicant will be rejected and it will not be processed further for admission.

  4. To avoid rejection, please do not fill more than one form.

  5. Print the acknowledgment receipt generated by the system once the form is submitted successfully.

  6. Note down the Username and Password on the Acknowledgement Receipt for future reference. The Username and Password will be sent through SMS also.

  7. .Before you register online, please read all instructions carefully by Downloading the Guidelines.(Download link given at the top).

  8. Click on “I agree” option and “Proceed” link.
